Our story
Mievè is an artisanal culinary project founded in 2023 from a secret home kitchen by a self-taught chef and former corporate consultant, Amirali Ghasemipour.
Mievè (pronounced mee-veh) which means “fruit” in Farsi, started out of a passion for pizza but has since evolved into much more under a “Pizza-as-a-Canvas” approach to food.
Hence, We do NOT consider ourselves a pizza joint. Rather we are a concept focused on delivering culinary experiences that surprise and excite, mostly in the form of pizza
Specifically, our signature pan-style dough is a result of three years of R&D and it is what has ultimately defined us in the Los Angeles, CA pizza scene
Please note, we currently do PRE-ORDER + PICK-UP ONLY and do not have a physical location yet.
We run a rotating menu every 1-2 weeks with new limited items on special.
If you happen to catch us at one of our occasional pop-up/collaborations around town, we like to offer wine pairings when possible while keeping all ages welcome.
